**Guests check-in at ResortQuest office at 1245 Deer Valley Drive, Park City **The ResortQuest at Bear Hollow Village is in The Canyons area just 1 mile from the Utah Olympic Park.All guest accommodations are deluxe 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominiums with private outdoor hot tubs as well as a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. And - of course - there is a gas fireplace in the living room to gather around after a day on the slopes. These spacious townhomes are ideal for relaxed vacations with family and friends.All guests have access to the new clubhouse with its outdoor pool for summer time enjoyment as well as a hot tub and fitness room. Just 4 miles away is downtown park city with all of its shops and restaurants.ResortQuest at Bear Hollow Village - at home in this mountain vacation mecca.Other information Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. 50 percent of total stay and 5 percent reservation fee via credit card charge at time of booking. The balance of full prepayment together with a 50.00USD damage waiver fee is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days prior to arrival-guests will forfeit original 10 pct deposit and and 5 pct reservation fee. 30 days or less prior to arrival-guests will be charged 100 percent of total stay, 5 percent reservation fee and 50USD damage waiver fee.
